Refund policy
Return Policy (In-Store Purchases):
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and are redeemable for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY with the original receipt. All sales are final on sale, reduced, and seasonal merchandise.
Return Policy (Online Orders):
We make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with the merchandise that you purchase from Petcetera. If there is a problem with your merchandise, call or email us and we will work to correct the issue. Merchandise is returnable within 30 days with the original receipt for exchange or store credit as long as it is in an unused and undamaged condition upon return.
Sales and seasonal items are final sales, and will not be accepted for returns. Please contact our store before returning any merchandise.
Engraved and Custom products are final sale only and not eligible for refund or exchange.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the postage on items returned for exchange or store credit.
Due to the nature of some grooming services, we do require a deposit at the time of booking. failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited.
