Specialty services. (Deposit required for booking)
Due to the nature of some services and the amount of time needed to perform specialty services, we do require a Deposit for this type of service. If you wish to cancel or reschedule for a later date, you must do so 24 hours before by calling the store at 504-269-8711 or clicking the link at the bottom of your email provided at the time of booking if you do not do so 24 hours in advance your deposit will be forfeited.
Please arrive early or on time for your appointment, late arrival of more than 30 min could result in the groomer being unable to take your pet, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

When booking an appointment for more than one dog select a service and an appointment time for each dog.
Add-on services are now part of each service booking page Please select all services you would like to add to your appointment. if you are not sure ask your groomer when dropping off your pet. we will be happy to add or subtract any of the add-on services at that time.
to complete your booking you must check out as you would with any online order on any website, if you have selected a service with no deposit needed your total will be $0.00. if you fail to do this your appointment will not be scheduled in our system!
Proof of current vaccinations must be on Veterinary letterhead and required prior to any grooming. If your pet does not have Rabies vaccination, the Groomer will not groom your pet. You can bring records with you at the time of your appointment or email a copy to us at Info@petceteranola.com
Cats - vaccinations are Feline Distemper and Rabies.
When booking an appointment for more than one cat select a service and an appointment time for each cat.
We like to keep cats within the same family on the same groomer's schedule whenever possible, if you have more than one cat most often we can accept the drop off of all cats at the same time regardless of appointment time. If you have any questions please contact the store. Our staff may adjust your grooming schedule in order to ensure this is accomplished but this will have no impact on your drop-off time.
