Appointment Booking Information
We offer two service levels:
Basic Services
No deposit is required.
Specialty Services
A deposit is required at the time of booking due to the additional time needed to perform these services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a specialty service, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please call the store at 504-269-8711 or use the cancellation link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive early or on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may prevent the groomer from being able to accommodate your pet, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Booking Instructions
- Select the type of grooming or bath service you would like for your dog.
- When booking services for more than one dog, select a service and appointment time for each dog.
- Add-on services are available on each service-booking page. Please select all add-on services you would like included. If you are unsure, speak with your groomer when dropping off your pet. We will be happy to add or remove services at that time.

To complete your booking, you must finish the online checkout process just as you would with any other online purchase. If you selected a service that does not require a deposit, your total will be $0.00. If you do not complete checkout, your appointment will not be added to our scheduling system.
Vaccination Requirements
Proof of current vaccinations from your veterinarian is required before any grooming service can be performed. If your dog does not have a current rabies vaccination, the groomer will not be able to provide service.
You may bring your dog’s vaccination records to the appointment or email a copy to Info@petceteranola.com.
Dogs must have the following current vaccinations:

DHPP, which includes protection against distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza, and adenovirus
- Rabies
Multiple-Dog Appointments
Whenever possible, we keep dogs from the same family on the same groomer’s schedule. If you have more than one dog, we can usually accept all of your dogs at the same drop-off time, regardless of their individual appointment times.
Our staff may adjust the grooming schedule to make this possible, but the adjustment will not affect your scheduled drop-off time. Please contact the store if you have any questions.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, the groomer will attempt to contact you to determine whether same-day accommodations are available.
Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $10.00 no-show fee being added to your account and applied to your next purchase.
Services requiring a deposit are excluded from this policy because the deposit policy applies instead.
Boarding Fee
Due to limited space, a $20.00-per-hour boarding fee will be added to the cost of grooming if your pet is not picked up within 90 minutes of being notified that they are ready.
