Can be used wet or dry. When the coat is dry, the rubber pins gently massage the skin to stimulate oils for a shiny, healthy coat. Used wet, the rubber pins massage the shampoo in to the dog’s coat, increasing its effectiveness and relaxing the dog’s muscles. Also a great tool for dogs or puppies that need desensitized to the grooming process.
